
Amarone Classico DOCG Tasting
A red wine known and appreciated worldwide for its high body, with a ruby-red color that tends towards garnet with aging. It has an intense and elegant aroma, a structured and bold taste with a slightly bitter, smooth, velvety, and very persistent finish.
This wine is made from the hand-selection of the finest grapes from historic vineyards, characterized by unique exposure and soil composition, which impart exceptional organoleptic notes.

- Alcohol content: 15% ABV minimum, varying depending on the vintage.

- Tasting temperature: It is recommended to uncork at least 2-3 hours in advance and serve at a temperature of 18°C (64°F).
- Perfumes and scents: A well-structured and bold wine with a slightly bitter taste, smooth, velvety, and remarkably persistent.
- Pairings: This wine pairs exceptionally well with game dishes, spit-roasted meats, roasts, braised dishes, and aged cheeses.
- Winemaking: Appassimento: The grapes undergo the drying process on ploteaux in a dedicated fruttaio until winter, losing approximately 40% of their weight. Aging: About 5 years of maturation in barriques and large oak casks, followed by approximately 6 months of bottle aging.
