- Alcohol content: 13%
- Perfumes and scents: Full flavor and a young, pleasant aroma, round and well-bodied on the palate.
- Pairings: Suitable for long aperitifs and medium-bodied meals.
- Winemaking: Alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures between 14 and 16°C (57 and 61°F) for about 15 days in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation not carried out. Aging in stainless steel tanks for about 5-6 months on fine lees. Subsequently, bottle aging for at least 5-6 months.
