- Pairings: Suitable for aperitifs and well-structured meals.
- Winemaking: FERMENTATION: Alcoholic fermentation with skins at a temperature between 24 and 28°C in stainless steel vats. Full malolactic fermentation completed. AGING: In stainless steel vats for about 3-4 months, followed by approximately 18 months in large French oak barrels for a portion of the mass. About 18 months in stainless steel only for the remaining part. Subsequently, bottle aging for at least 4-5 months.
