An adoption is a way to support a farm and its work.
You take part in the production process and receive the product at the end of its natural production cycle.
Adopting a vineyard means giving an experience that begins even before the harvest: the recipient follows the vine’s journey throughout the year, all the way to the grape harvest and the birth of the wine.
Adopting a barrel, on the other hand, means gifting a wine that has already been harvested, is currently maturing in the cellar, and will be delivered once it is ready. It is the ideal choice for those looking for a more immediate gift.
The two options also differ according to seasonality.
Immediately after the purchase, you will receive:

It is the official document that certifies your adoption.
It is sent by email in digital format and is made out to the adoption holder or the gift recipient.
You will receive periodic TIMELINE updates with news about the project and the production status directly in your account.
On the adoption page, the estimated delivery month is indicated.

You can customize the product by choosing between:
Intermediate label: a personalized vinyl text applied between the main label and the neck of the bottle.
Advanced label: replacement of the original label with a new one, designed with the support of the UFarmer back office.

Once shipped:
Italy: 3–5 business days
International: delivery times vary depending on the destination, with additional costs.

If natural events prevent production, you are protected by a customer insurance policy that guarantees a refund.
Yes. You can adopt multiple products and support multiple farms, creating your own digital field.
Yes. An adoption can be purchased as a gift easily and instantly.
Yes. You can add a personalized message to make the gift unique.
You can choose the certificate delivery date at the time of purchase.
It is not necessary to provide it at the time of purchase. The delivery address will be requested by email directly from the gift recipient.

Each Wine Club has its own delivery schedule, which may range from 2 to 4 shipments per year.
No, however you can indicate your preferences in your account, and Ufarmer will take them into consideration. The wines are selected by UFarmer based on the theme of the Wine Club you choose.

Some Wine Clubs are exclusive and accept a limited number of memberships.
You must request to join, and the entire process is managed automatically on the website.
Yes. You can join multiple Wine Clubs at the same time.
No, there is no membership fee to join the Wine Club.
Each shipment is paid for in advance, before it is shipped.
Yes. You can skip one delivery per year without any consequences.
If you skip two consecutive deliveries, your Wine Club membership will be discontinued.
Yes. You can stop your participation at the end of a delivery, with no long-term commitment.

You can choose between an intermediate label or an advanced label, just like with adoptions.
Yes. A Wine Club membership can be given as a gift and managed by the recipient once they have registered. You pay only for the first delivery, and the recipient pays for the subsequent ones.
