- Perfumes and scents: Full-bodied flavor and a youthful, pleasant aroma; round and well-bodied on the palate.
- Pairings: Suitable for long aperitifs and medium-bodied meals.
- Winemaking: Alcoholic fermentation at low temperature between 14 and 16°C lasting about 15 days in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation not carried out. Aging in stainless steel tanks for approximately 5-6 months on fine lees. Followed by bottle aging for at least 5-6 months.
