Zuffa Winery has successfully created a pure Pignoletto sparkling wine. The pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections, and the very fine perlage are enhanced by very delicate aromas of green apple, citrus, cedar, lemon peel, and white peach. The prevailing taste is that of green apple, which provides a nice mouth-cleansing effect.

It is born from the expert ability to merge innovative technologies with patented ones that allow for the retention of 93% of the potential aromatic molecules of the grape, whereas traditional systems would only manage to retain about 60%.

It was reviewed as one of the best Italian wines in Denmark in 2019 by Danish Opinion Leader Signe Wulff.

Perfumes and scents: Fairly intense, refined, with citrus floral notes and fresh, tart fruits (green apple, citrus, and plum) and aromatic notes (lemon balm, sage, and rosemary).
Pairings: Starters, young cheeses, small selection of cold cuts, fish
Winemaking: Manual harvesting with selection of the clusters, cryomaceration of the whole grapes, vacuum pressing, direct sparkling process. The yeast's enzymatic complex works exclusively on the grapes' natural sugars, such as fructose, glucose, rhamnose, etc., without the addition of exogenous sugars.
