Pairings: It pairs beautifully with simple, flavourful dishes such as grilled white meats, fresh and semi-aged cheeses, and cured meats, enhancing the flavours of Mediterranean cuisine with its refreshing character.
Winemaking: Destemming and crushing, fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel with selected yeasts, skin maceration for 20–25 days, gentle pressing. AGING in stainless steel.
