- Perfumes and scents: An intense and intriguing bouquet with aromas of grapefruit, apple, and aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is full-bodied with a surprising aromatic persistence, pleasantly savory and flavorful, with a smoothness that enhances the tactile sensation of richness and roundness.
- Pairings: Pairs well with aperitifs, shellfish, and fish-based dishes.
- Winemaking: Manual harvest in small crates towards the end of September. After a short skin maceration and gentle pressing, the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 16–17°C. The wine is then aged for an extended period on fine lees, with frequent bâtonnage.
