Pairings: A wine capable of accompanying a wide range of dishes: from pasta or barley-and-bean soup with cured ham shank to jota, from stewed farmyard meats (rabbit, guinea fowl, chicken, goose) to boiled meats. Excellent with Grado’s brodetto and blue fish, as well as with tomato-based and slightly spicy fish soups. A must-try with stewed eel.
