- Perfumes and scents: You can perceive intense floral notes, hints of yellow peach and sage. The taste is intense and well balanced, with the aromatic sensations typical of this grape variety.
- Pairings: Ideal with any type of dessert, though serving it only at the end of a meal would be limiting for a product with such exceptional qualities—qualities that have made it unique and inimitable worldwide. It is a perfect companion for conversation, whether among friends or while relaxing at a café table.
- Winemaking: The grapes are hand-harvested with rigorous care during the first half of September. Vinification: the grapes undergo gentle pressing, the must is allowed to decant, and it is kept at a controlled temperature. Fermentation takes place in a pressurized tank at 16–18°C, until the ideal balance of alcohol, sugars, and acidity is achieved.
