Neblù Brut Nature Rosé Metodo classico
We are in Valle d’Aosta, among mountains that guard an extreme climate: bright days, cool nights, and winds that keep the air crisp and dry. Les Crêtes’ vineyards, rooted in sandy, stony soils, grow on steep slopes that demand patient, manual work. It is here that Neblù Brut Nature Rosé is born — from a rare, native Valle d’Aosta variety cultivated on just 1.5 hectares at around 700 meters above sea level.
From these hand-harvested grapes comes a Metodo Classico sparkling wine that speaks the language of the mountains through its bubbles. Pale pink in color, with a fine and persistent perlage, it offers aromas of red berries and fresh-baked bread crust. On the palate, it is dry, mineral, and taut — the freshness of the Alps transformed into vibrant energy in the glass. The zero dosage gives it purity, precision, and authenticity, true to its origin.
A wine that goes far beyond the aperitif moment — Neblù Brut Nature Rosé shines at the table, pairing beautifully with delicate cured meats, fish, fresh cheeses, and dishes that embrace its vertical elegance.

Reban Pas Dosè Metodo classico 2024
In the heart of the Aosta Valley, among slopes facing the mountains and vineyards that challenge wind and altitude, Reban Pas Dosé is born. This wine carries with it the breath of glacial stones, alpine breezes, and the sharp morning light that caresses the grapes before harvest. Les Crêtes’ vineyards are small, protected, and worked with extreme care: every row testifies to heroic viticulture that takes no shortcuts.
Reban Pas Dosé is the silence that follows the fizz of fermentation, the long rest on the lees, the time that builds tension and depth. It is a Traditional Method sparkling wine where zero dosage allows what the grape and the terroir have given to emerge: finesse, clarity, and mineral freshness. In the glass, it appears luminous, straw-yellow with golden reflections, but it is its aromatic profile that surprises: small citrus fruits, white flowers, freshly baked yeast, traces of wet stone that tell of the rain nourishing the roots underground.
On the palate, Reban Pas Dosé is an explosion of controlled energy: lively bubbles, vibrant yet balanced acidity, and a savory persistence that invites another sip after each one. It is a wine that does not seek easy applause but wins over with the delicacy of detail. When poured, it seems to capture the Aosta Valley in an instant: the purity of the air, the vintner’s effort, and the beauty of wild nature. Reban Pas Dosé does not merely accompany the moment; it elevates it—an experience that lingers, like a mountain echo in the glass.

“Rebàn” shows a bright lemon-yellow color with a fine perlage. On the nose, it offers intense and complex aromas, with notes of citron, yellow plum, delicate floral and mineral hints, enriched by a touch of baked bread crust. On the palate, it is consistent, with an immediate savoriness that gives the wine a lively tension.ù
Winemaking:>
After a hand-harvest at the end of September, the grapes undergo gentle pressing of whole clusters. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature for 8–10 days; 40% of the base wine undergoes malolactic fermentation. This is followed by 9 months of aging on the lees in steel. The secondary fermentation occurs according to the Traditional Method, with in-bottle fermentation and 42 months of aging on the lees. The wine receives no dosage, resulting in a Pas Dosé.
Details / Anecdotes:>
The history of Les Crêtes and the Charrère family begins in 1750, when they emigrated from Grenoble to Aymavilles in the Aosta Valley. Over the generations, the family developed various agricultural activities, including the production of cider, walnut oil, and cereals. It was Costantino Charrère, in 1989, who founded Les Crêtes, transforming the family’s passion for viticulture into a production reality dedicated to enhancing the native grape varieties of the Aosta Valley. Today, the estate is managed by the sixth generation of the Charrère family, who continue to combine tradition and innovation in the production of high-quality wines. Les Crêtes is committed to heroic viticulture, characterized by vineyards located in mountainous areas under extreme conditions, producing approximately 225,000 bottles per year, with particular attention to environmental sustainability and the promotion of the Aosta Valley terroir.
