  • Alcohol content: 13%
  • Tasting temperature: 8° – 10° C
  • Perfumes and scents: Aroma: an inviting, elegant nose reminiscent of fruits such as melon and pineapple, with pleasant hints of hawthorn. Taste: a harmonious palate with balanced acidity and a long, satisfying finish.
  • Pairings: One of the most versatile wines: perfect with vegetable veloutés and soups, white fish stews, steamed or baked fish appetizers, as well as egg-based dishes.
  • Winemaking: Vinification: gentle pressing with separation of the different press fractions. Static settling at 14°C for 24–36 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18–20°C. Ageing: 6–8 months on the fermentation lees, kept periodically in suspension.
