In Val di Cembra, a Trentino region renowned for its heroic viticulture, there is a small yet ambitious winery: the family estate of brothers Giorgio and Federico Paolazzi. Founded in 2002 in Faver, it is distinguished by the production of high-quality wines, made with full respect for the terroir and the environment. Here, the vines grow on steep terraces at over 800 meters above sea level, in a unique setting characterized by sunlight, gentle breezes, and volcanic-origin soil.
