Adopt your Vineyard of
Elegans Pignoletto DOP 2026
Cantine Zuffa has crafted a 100% Pignoletto sparkling wine that perfectly showcases the character of this native grape variety. Its pale straw-yellow colour with greenish highlights and exceptionally fine perlage are complemented by delicate aromas of green apple, citrus fruits, citron, lemon zest, and white peach. On the palate, vibrant notes of green apple take centre stage, delivering remarkable freshness and a clean, crisp finish.
This wine is the result of Cantine Zuffa’s expertise in combining innovative technologies with proprietary patented processes that preserve up to 93% of the grapes’ potential aromatic compounds, compared to approximately 60% retained using traditional winemaking methods.
In 2019, it was selected among the best Italian wines in Denmark by renowned Danish opinion leader Signe Wulff.
