Perfumes and scents: Complex and intense, with spicy and fruity notes of ripe cherry and raspberry on the nose. On the palate it is soft and rounded, dry, with good acidity and persistence — refined and elegant.
Pairings: Perfect for medium-cooked meat dishes; mushrooms and hearty legume soups; richly seasoned or elaborate fish preparations; fatty cured meats; excellent also as an aperitif.
Winemaking: Fermented in stainless steel with 7 days of maceration on the skins. Part of the wine matures in steel, while a small portion ages in wood before blending.
