Barrel refinement: Yes
Tasting temperature: Serve at a temperature of 18°C. It is recommended to uncork at least one hour before serving.

Perfumes and scents: Full-bodied, with rare softness, great structure, and an enchanting aroma.
Pairings: Its substantial body and enveloping softness, combined with a long aromatic persistence, make it an excellent accompaniment for meat dishes, particularly roasts, braised meats, game, and aged cheeses. It should not be underestimated as a wine for meditation.
Winemaking: **Aging:** At least 5 years in oak barrels, followed by further aging in the bottle.
