Bibi Graetz

Bibi Graetz is a wine artist, a dreamer who chose the hills of Fiesole, above Florence, to give voice to old Tuscan vines rich in history and identity. His grapes come from vineyards often over forty years old, planted on galestro and marine sand soils, which impart finesse, depth, and character. He works primarily with native varieties such as Sangiovese, Colorino, and Canaiolo, vinified with an instinctive, free-spirited approach that remains faithful to the emotion of the moment. His labels, hand-drawn, reflect the creative soul guiding every choice, vintage, and bottle. His most iconic wines: Testamatta, Colore, and Soffocone di Vincigliata are intense, elegant, and visionary expressions of Tuscany: not just wines, but liquid visions that poetically tell the story of the land.
