Paolazzi Brothers

From the heart of the Val di Cembra flows the soul of Paolazzi wines.

In the Val di Cembra, a Trentino region renowned for its heroic viticulture, lies a small yet ambitious winery: the family-run estate of brothers Giorgio and Federico Paolazzi. Founded in 2002 in Faver, the winery stands out for its production of high-quality wines, crafted with full respect for the terroir and the environment. Here, the vines grow on steep terraced slopes at over 800 meters above sea level, in a unique setting shaped by sunlight, temperate breezes, and volcanic-origin soils.

The winery was established within the family’s historic home and carries on an agricultural tradition passed down from their grandfather Urbano and their father Aldo, both winegrowers. From a young age, Federico and Giorgio were immersed in a deep love for the land, gradually refining their agronomic knowledge and technical skills through collaboration with other producers in the region.

In 2018 came the turning point: the first bottle of Müller Thurgau entirely produced by the brothers marked the beginning of a new chapter. Today, the estate cultivates six hectares, mostly planted with Chardonnay, and produces around 6,100 bottles per year: 1,500 of Müller Thurgau, 3,000 of Chardonnay Metodo Classico, and 1,600 of Pinot Noir vinified as a red wine.

The Paolazzi winery is a niche and growing reality that combines family passion, craftsmanship, and respect for the mountains. Its wines—among which Pietra di Confine and Gradar stand out—are the authentic expression of a challenging yet generous land.
