Now in its fifth generation, Augusto Zuffa continues with dedication the winemaking tradition inherited from his father, enriching it with his experience and innovative practices.
His commitment to organic farming is evident in every stage of the process. Organically cultivated grapes are treated with the utmost respect, without the use of chemicals, and are hand-harvested. Four patents, including one developed in-house, attest to his dedication to innovation and quality.
Zuffa Winery is at the forefront of certified organic production for Europe, the United States, Canada, and proudly became the world’s first to obtain organic certification for China in 2010.
